It's never a fun time when you have to use services from places like these, however The process was made so seamless and easy and everybody seemed very genuine when they helped us. There was a lot of concern and a lot of heartfelt communication between us and everyone we talked to. With the arrangements that we specifically had with them we did not have to travel all the way there because we live so far away and they were willing to meet us halfway. That shows again them going above and beyond to help us out in our time of need. Obviously the idea is to never have to use a funeral service if need be but once you do I would highly recommend these people. If I could give them more than five stars I would.
